2. What data we collect

• Order details: name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
• Order contents, amount paid, payment status and transaction ID.
• Messages you send us by email.

We never see or store your card or online banking details. Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To deliver your order and provide customer service (performance of a contract).
• To keep accounting records required by Finnish law (legal obligation).
• To answer your questions (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share it with

• Paytrail Oyj, to process your payment.
• Our delivery partner, to ship your order.
• Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as Finnish accounting law requires (generally six years after the end of the financial year). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

7. Your rights
